He is a professor with Tianjin University of Commerce - PR China. He is responsible for coordinating Engineering and Management Courses of WCU internationally.

Academic Registrar:  Samina S. Lloyd:  B.A, B.Edu, CPM (England), MBA-Management (ECU-Australia) Samina is the Academic Registrar of all international affiliated Colleges/Centres of WCU. She has also worked for WCIMT for 6 years as Dean of Studies and is now responsible to administer academic affairs of WCU. As the academic registrar, she also supervises Management courses of international student community of WCU.

Chairman International Faculty of Science & Technology Professor Eduard Evreinov, PhD, Grand PhD, President of the European Academy of Informatisation-Belgium.The Grand Master of the World Order "Science, Education, Culture"; Professor Evreinov is world famous for his work in informatics. He is winner of Lenin prize (No 2), the highest scientific award. He has 50 years experience as a researcher, academician and professor of informatics. At the beginning of the fifties of the 20-th century, he developed and practically implemented complex electronic models for solving important problems and proposed methods for programming complex problems based on using of computers memory for realisation of associative tables. He is the Chairman of WCU International Faculty of Science and Technology and directs and supervise thesis of candidates for PhD and Grand PhD.

International Coordinator & Regional Director Sir Dr. David MENITZ. BSc-Arch, MSc-Arch, PhD- Arch (WCU) is a known Professional Architect with 25 years working experience for Australia, Indonesia, Greece, USA, Romania, Sharjah, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and other Gulf & Middle East Countries. He has been selected for the “Who’s is Who International Professionals” (USA 2006). He is a Member of The Royal Institution of Great Britain, Hon Knight & Hon Trade Commissioner of Seborga, also KC-POMG. He can equally speak English, Greek, Arabic, French and can also communicate in Italian & Romanian. He now serves WCU as an International Coordinator and Regional Director for Gulf and Middle East with the responsibility to promote and establish WCU colleges/centers. He also supervises projects and thesis of WCU students of MS and PhD in Architecture.

International Coordinator for IT Studies:  Mr. Qamar S. Lloyd   BCS, M.S, (Inf.Tech.), MCSE, is responsible to supervise the WCU courses related with Computer Science and Information Technology. He also monitors quality control of WCU affiliated colleges.

Regional Academic Director & Coordinator:   Dr.S.Natarajan. PhD, Msc, MLM, LL.B, B.Edu (India) is practicing Lawyer and Educationist with 17 years experience of educational administration and institutional development. He is founder of 4 educational institutions including Natraj Institute of Science & Technology-Chennai, India. He serves on the board of various educational and professional institutions. He has also served as director and vice president of Indian branch of an American university. He now serves as Regional Director for academics and coordination with WCU for India, Nepal, UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Regional Coordinator: Mr. Vincent Yong, BBA (USA), MBA-(UWE-England) is experienced academic consultant, trainer and marketer. He is a member of various international professional institutions and also acts as the Principal of an Institution in Malaysia. Being Managing Director of various academic and professional entities in Malaysia and United Kingdom he is experienced in marketing educational programs. He is also responsible to promote internationally accredited educational programs of the West Coast University as the university’s regional coordinator for Malaysia, Taiwan, Philippines and China and will be responsible to recommend suitable institutions from these countries for their affiliation to West Coast University.

Regional Coordinator for Africa: Dr. Francis Chidubem, D.D., Grad. Dip. Theology (SBC IMO Nigeria). President & Founder of High Rock Ministries. Also he has founded and acts as President of ECHIF Outreach Ministries International. 14 years experience as International Christian Teacher and Preacher and has visited many countries as an international speaker. He is responsible to oversee the theological studies at West Coast Bible College and acts as regional Coordinator to affiliate colleges/study centers of higher education to West coast University from African Countries.

Representative- Attorney:  Mr. Recardo Cambra La Duke  Attorney at Law in Panama, Republic Of Panama is WCU official representative for all administrative and legal affairs of the West Cost University Inc. Mr. La Duke has extensive experience in dealing with corporate and company incorporation and legal matters
